Be The Cowboy Mitski’s ‘Be The Cowboy’, released in 2018, marked a significant evolution in her musical style. Embracing a more expansive and eclectic sound, the album explores the complexities of isolation, longing, and the pursuit of genuine connection. The cathartic dance number “Nobody” became a fan favorite – a shining example of the album’s blend of disco influences with Mitski’s poignant lyrical introspection. Vinyl LP pressing.
