Disco Party Vinyl LP pressing. Jazzman Records has brought to light albums that were previously unreleased due to the ’70s ‘tax scam’, such as Sounds of the City Experience and Ricardo Marrero. Now, we are thrilled to introduce Reality’s ‘Disco Party’ album, released for the first time with the approval of the surviving band members. Considered one of the most obscure gems in the TSG catalogue, ‘Disco Party’ offers a unique blend of mid-70s dancefloor funk and proto-disco-jazz, showcasing the exceptional talents of the musicians involved. This album, recorded in a single session in NYC, captures the band led by Dr. Otto Gomez delivering a performance that remained unheard by the band members themselves for almost 50 years. In fact, the band was unaware of the album’s release until now!
