See Through You Vinyl LP pressing. 2022 release. A Place to Bury Strangers redefine post-punk conventions with their sixth album, “See Through You.” Building on the success of their 2021 EP, “Hologram,” the band’s revamped lineup – featuring vocalist/guitarist Oliver Ackermann, drummer/vocalist Sandra Fedowitz, and bassist John Fedowitz (both from Ceremony East Coast) – presents a bold collection of futuristic electronic punk music. Fueled by industrial rhythms, ethereal guitars, and genre-defying sonic chaos, the album’s thirteen tracks were recorded during the isolating chaos of the coronavirus pandemic. “See Through You” showcases the band’s relentless innovation, solidifying their reputation as ‘The Loudest Band in New York’ while exploring new sonic frontiers.
