Talib Hashimi’s thorough and comprehensive directory of more than 260 female Companions is an enlightening and timely bridge to a world of excellence. Among them, we find fearless martyrs, truthful businesswomen, erudite scholars, articulate poets, brave defenders of the Prophet ﷺ, generous neighbours and devoted mothers and daughters, may Allah be pleased with them all.
