Folklore Released in 2020, ‘folklore’ is Taylor Swift’s eighth studio album, showcasing a departure from her pop-oriented sound. The album includes collaborations with The National’s Aaron Dessner, Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, and Jack Antonoff. Tracks like “cardigan”, “exile”, and “betty” delve into themes of nostalgia, love, and loss, emphasizing storytelling and character-driven lyrics. The album’s stripped-down production and introspective tone have garnered critical acclaim, with many considering it one of Swift’s finest works. ‘folklore’ achieved commercial success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and earning the Album of the Year award at the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards. This edition is presented as a double beige colored vinyl LP pressing.
